01 — POUR & SWISH (PRE-BRUSH)
Start with a small pour. Swish for 5 to 7 minutes before brushing—the oil pulls bacteria from gum pockets deeper than 2-3mm where your bristles can't reach.

02 — LET THE OILS DO THE WORK
The oil flows into pocket spaces and across your tongue. It binds to bacteria causing inflammation and pulls them out when you spit—so pockets can heal.

03 — SPIT, THEN BRUSH
Spit it out, then brush normally. You're now brushing a mouth with genuinely less inflammation—so bleeding on probing stops and tissue tightens around teeth.
