1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship orders to customers in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Orders are delivered to the shipping address you provide at checkout.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
3. What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT, London time) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
4. How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been dispatched, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location and carrier.
5. What is the total delivery time?
From the time you place your order to the time it arrives, delivery usually takes 4–10 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes both processing and transit time.
6. Do you charge for shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is $4.99 USD on most orders.
We offer free shipping on eligible bundle products, as indicated on the product page or at checkout.
7. Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship through trusted partners such as DHL eCommerce, FedEx, and local postal/courier services (for example USPS, Australia Post, New Zealand Post, Canada Post). The carrier is selected automatically based on your destination and service availability.
8. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, and we also allow exchanges within our return window. To start a return or exchange, please email us at

9. How long do I have to return an item?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items should be in new and unused condition, unless they are being returned due to a defect.
10. How do I get a refund, and how long does it take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we do not include prepaid return labels in the package. We do not charge any restocking fees.
